money taken from my account

i just got an email i have send 200€ to another account. 
i didn't buy anything, i wasn't logged in paypal. i cannot cancel this. how can i have my money back

the sales details are also empty

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to know that there is an unauthorized transaction on your PayPal account. You can file a dispute regarding this transaction.

Meanwhile you can also change your security question and password on your account.
