my account is blocked since 10months. i have a balance of EURO 300 in my money pool. I cannot withdraw this money. I had called customer service almost every week. Every time they say it will be okay in 72hours. I am getting this same answer since 3months. But still i cannot withdraw the balance amount from my Moneypool. Hope this issue can be solved as soon as possible. suraj
