hello, i just sent a money to one of my friends and it shows to him thats the money on pending. from my side all clear and the money already has been cut from my card.. anything u can help me with ?
Unfortunately i don't think the friends/family option is available in your country so as you would have sent it goods/services then paypal would see you as a seller and apply this policy.
