money on paypal cannot be withdrawn

I was wrong in registering a paypal account, namely a business paypal. My money in paypal cannot be withdrawn because I changed my account name and had to enter business document data ... is there a solution so that my money can be withdrawn?

Contact paypal and explain the situation. That would be the fastest and easiest way. They will probably ask for proof of address and your ID.

If you're not an American in USA, you can't withdraw money on a Business PayPal, you can only send payments. 

Change your account type to Personal (contact support for this) and PayPal will allow you to withdraw money.
