hi,i sent money to a brother and on his side its on hold and cant access the money..he is told to add tracking info but this wasnt a goods or services transaction..Kindly assist with solution
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
You also need to say what country the receiver is in.
