money on hold

i am a twitch streamer and use my paypal for donations, money is still on hold even though it doesn't need a tracking number. please send info if u can help with this issue please and thank you

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!  

In order fir the funds to be released to you, you would be required to provide valid tracking information confirming the buyer has received their purchase. As you are unable to provide this based on the service you are providing, the funds will be held for up to 21 days before being released into your PayPal account. 

This is applicable on both personal and business PayPal accounts.
