Has anyone here experienced paypal holding their money? ,and how did you get your money? .
these guys are holding money meant to be for emergency ,i am not selling anything ,i am not new to paypal ,last transaction was a month ago .
you cannot reach chat agents ,this is frustrating as it has wasted my time .
i dont know if this is a habit ,as i have heard 3 other transaction on hold ,reasons being the issue of buying and selling and i am not in business .
guys please let me know how you solved the matter ,quicker
