I am in australia and I have an ebay customer who has purchased a product from me to sent to her friend in australia.
She asked me if I would purchase a gift card for the amount of $500 to go with the item she has purchased through ebay from me....I have received what looks like a payment receipt from paypal ( but I am not sure if it is ).but it is telling me before the funds can be released I have to send her proof of the purchase of the gift card including the receipt.
Is this the sort of thing that paypal would ask.
