Hello My friend tried to send money to my paypal account from his. He have received message "it's not possible to execute transaction". Everything is ok with his paypal acc *note* 2 days ago i have verified my card, so paypal have took 1.5€ from my card but i didnt receive refund yet i have typed in the code i received on my bank account paypal says that my card is verified but still i cant receive money
