little help

Greetings i'm FireAtWhire,so theres this "Please confirm your debit or credit card to complete verification and remove the pre-set limits on your account." thingy and from what i saw i needed to wait 7 days im pretty sure to get 1.50 euros into my account with a code...i kept waiting and i didnt get it...am i understanding something else?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community forum! 

In general, if you have initiated the process to confirm your card, you should get charged 1.95 USD within 3-5 days and the amount will be refunded to your card after you insert the 4-digit code in your PayPal account. If you still do not see the charge needed to confirm your card, please reach out to our Customer Service to request another code. 

If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and by clicking 'Contact us' and then 'Call us'.
