linking bank account

Hi

I have tried so many times to link my bank account, which used to be linked and i have no idea why it is no longer. I have only had this 1 account for many years . i have followed the instructions and still can not seem to link it. I t keep saying error try again later ? Can any one shed some light on this. I have done it in the past so i know what i'm doing but having no luck

It can only be linked to a paypal account x3 times in that accounts lifetime so have you kept removing and adding it that amount of times?

Thanks for your reply and I have not on linked my bank account more than three times I have on linked my debit card and re-link to numerous times as that’s what PayPal resolution centre suggested before I got onto this forum I’m trying to link my bank account with BSB and account etc and will not let me do it
