linking bank account

why do i need to link a bank account to add money to my wallet?

 this is a simple electronic transfer exactly like sending money to a paypel member.. 
So I hope can answer my question & provide an alternate way for me to add money to my wallet.

Because thats the only option paypal states you can use in your country.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
