linking a bank acct

i have been trying to do this with no success. i contacted PayPal and they told me there is something in their system blocking me.  i am using the same bank but a different account. i never had a problem before.

You can only add a bank account to a paypal account x2-3 times (country dependent) in that bank accounts lifetime so if you have already added it x2 or

3 then you may not be able to add it again.

Also you can't add a bank account to more than 1 paypal account at a time (again does vary in some countries and as you have not said what country you are in then can't advise further).

Lastly you are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

The bank account name has to match the name on your paypal account.
