link bank account issue

Hi Everyone.

 

 i was trying to link my account upon receiving my 2 small deposits. i had put in the wrong 2 values a few times (i was unaware that the number, for example 0.27 should be entered in as 27). I am now unable to request to link bank account anymore as i am receiving the error "We can't process your request right now. Please try again later." has anyone else experience this and could help me out?

 

ive been trying to email paypal directly, however the email doesnt go through.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
