is it possible to receive money from other countries in mongolia ?

A few days ago i got my Visa card but my card doesnt link to the Paypal.But my purpose is receive money from other countries because i am working online and getting a job from other countries but i am living in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia.Is it possible to receive money ?
