i want remove my card

"This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." is the error shown when I try to link my prepaid debit card. I added the card to another account but deleted it from my wallet because I want it on this account, but it still says its linked?

Welcome to our Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues adding your card. Normally, when you receive this error, your card is either linked to another account or it's reached it's limit on how many accounts it can be on. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to see what options you may have. 

You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Call Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
