i have 80dollars for one years available balance, but it is not allowed to transfer on my mcard. paypal wants some US BANK ACCOUNT which i do not have because I live in Bosnia. what now?
You can only withdraw as you can see from the link to a VISA credit card unless you have a US bank account (this is because paypal is a US company and allows its expats etc to add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts).
