Seems as though i cannot Register my bank because it's not in the United States, is there any other way to register an account? maybe an online bank that works works worldwide.
I ask this because i've started a Channel and someone is trying to donate to me but i cannot receive the money due to me not having a credit card at the moment.
Can anyone help or give advice to this situation ?

You can't add a bank account but you should be able to add a VISA card in your country.
Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
