i'm a seller, buyer received their product but i haven't been able to get the money off hold...

everytime i try to call customer support it's always a bot that picks up and tells me the same thing the help center does. the person who bought from me has received their item and left a 5-star review, but my money has been on hold for the past TWO WEEKS even though tracking has been provided along with the fact that the item has already been delivered. what can i do?
