hello today something weird happened I received an sms from my bank a couple of times that one of my credit cards that i don't use in my Paypal i hope there is any way that i can return the money

Are these charges showing in your PayPal account activity, too? Any PayPal email receipts for the transactions?

If not and the transactions are only showing on your credit card, then the card info was compromised in some way, independent of PayPal, and was fraudulently used at a merchant online or in store, that uses PayPal as payment processor, in which case, you must report those transactions to your credit card as fraudulent. Your card issuer will contact PayPal in the course of their investigation.
