i have a problem read well

hi PayPal community i have created a gmail account then i have signed up on PayPal but my email address has 2020 number in its domain and in the sign up i wrongly enter the email with 2002 number i completed signing up then added my master card and phone number then you know the 2 dollars which they deduct from the master card . then before activate the card i deleted it from the account after i knew the email is wrong .after that i forgot the password of the account i tried to restore it but i don't have the email and i haven't got any codes in my messages.

1- will the money refund to my card?

2_ why PayPal didn't send any codes to my messages? 

PS: i created another account with the same  p number and didn't got any messages.
