i failed confirm my card and now i cant use it with paypal

i entered wrong codes in the confirmation field and now i cant link my card with paypal

As your question is very account specific, please call Customer Service. You can log in to your PayPal account through the website using a computer or laptop, click Contact at the bottom of the page and click Call Us to see the phone number for the Center in your region.
