i dont have a PayPal Balance, it doesnt exist anywhere on my account

Hi crocodileow,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community forum!

In general, you should be able to see your Balance on the left-hand side of your account once you click on 'Summary' or 'Wallet'.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
