i cant renew credit card

Hi
I cant use my pay pal account ,the system does not let me renew my bank card(says we not able to complete transaction at the moment ,please try again later)also for some reason iI can not change my home adress because I can not change my bank details in my wallet.Bank card works perfectly well elsewhere
Would be grateful for your help.

If you're still running into issues after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to research this a bit further.
