how to withdrawal money

My brother who locate at US send me money for my parents thru paypal.

Currently the money status is on hold. What should i do ?

My account paypal never use to sell good, as i wrote that one of the requirement to withdrawal money is history of transaction.

Any suggestion please ?

I don't think you have the friends/family option in your country so all payments are received as goods/services and so the new seller hold applied.

If you mark the transaction as processed then the sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the sender confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
