how to send money to family

this steps:

Here’s how to send money:

1. Click Send & Request at the top of the page.
2. Select from the 3 options.*   
3. at step no 2 nothing appear for me to choose why? only writhe the email of receiver

The friends / family option is not available in every country, if its not showing up then it appears not to be an option in yours unfortunately.
