for online international I use USD

I was charged ILS  (fraud) by an online shop without a choice to decide

how to see which is mu primary?

how to force only USD ?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Unfortunately, following the removal of the currency conversion function in Israeli PayPal accounts, you can choose to receive future payments only in Shekels. You can read more about this here: Can I use PayPal to manage multiple currencies?
