how to confirm a payment in PayPal by using guest account?

I just cant find the transaction for me to confirm , so that the seller can get the money. I replied to a request payment and did the transfer. It got deducted in my bank. Then i used the same very email and created a paypall account. But the transaction is not reflecting

Seller must wait until after 21 days for PayPal to release the funds then.
