how long does it takes for a Paypal refund to appear into a metrobank debit card

I just want to ask how long does it takes for paypal refund to appear into debit card account. The Paypal has sent me a confirmation mail that they successfully refunded the money yet I still haven't received it. It's been 2 days already. What should I do.?

Mine was refunded last September 2020, still not reflected on Metrobank as of writing this (November 2020).

I hope someone would help give an answer.
