Funds cannot be added with card, only bank account but since in your country, PayPal only allow US bank accounts, you have to just select your linked MasterCard as your payment method during checkout. No need to add funds to your PayPal balance.

i registered with my paypal account in Netflix and this message appear to me :

Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time.

is there a problem with the paypal account ??
