The problem: when trying to add another bank account and after it acknowledged the new account no. to add (Ie you were successful getting into my bank) you wanted a mobile number to continue (I forget exactly what step but you hadn't yet add/delete money into my account ). My mobile phone was having difficulties receiving/transmitting) and after I hit the resend tag several times, the process seized up on a security problem. There was no option to use an email address as I had earlier in the process. I since logged into my bank (ie no problems on that end). How do I fix this? Thanks.
Note: My previous bank account is still listed in paypal
