how can I get the payment I was paid?

Hi. I recieved $350 from friends and family for 2 puppies I sold (deposits) and the first one the week before the lady decided to buy the 2nd puppy, the money was immediately available, but the 2nd is still pending for days now. She wants to pick up her puppies but I didn't get the money from paypal yet. What can I do?

Personally i would not have used paypal as you have no seller protection for items personally collected or delivered.

Are the funds SHOWING in your paypal balance but on hold? Does it say new seller hold?

If the funds are on hold then its between you and paypal and nothing to do with the buyer.

Funds are held unless you provide a tracking number that shows delivery of the item but if no tracking the its 21 days. 

However if it says its an echeque with an expected clearance date then post back for different advice.
