holding funds

this is my first time on paypal and i just mailed out the phone the customer bought from me now how do i receive my payment because its still saying my funds are being temporarily held in my email and i have 0.00 dollars in my account

This sounds like a scam..........

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the funds show in your paypal account balance.

Sounds like you may have been scammed with a fake paypal email.

Can you give more details.
