I want to send money to a frined but when i dont find dend money to friend and family in my account. please help

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
Friends and family is not be available in all countries so you may have to send money as goods and services.
Click here and click country of your account and look under Personal menu to see what options are available to you to send money:

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
