help removing my bank account.

hello, i wanted to remove my bank account from my paypal account, but it wont let me because it says i have a pending transaction when i haven't made any, how can i fix this issue?

Check if you had a subscription set up...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Has anyone been able to remove a bank yet? I do not have any pending, auto-pay, and another bank as the primary. But still cannot remove the bank.
