help i'm confused

Hi I have just logged on to my account to find a balance of £53.72 paypal are asking to pay this to restore my balance.

Have know idea what this is. also everything i have bought my bank has paid and i am not in any debt.

I've tried to contact Paypal what a nightmare not got anywhere with this. Can someone advise me what to do
