I have 40 euros in my paypal account, I have verified the card, and since I am doing some work for a company that only pays via paypal, do you pay automatically around the first of the month, on the card, VISA card, or do I have to apply?
and since I only joined paypal around September 15th, does that mean I have to wait 30 days for the funds to be available to me?
for now I wouldn't buy anything via paypal, maybe in the future sometime, I'm just interested in the method of payment by card
