held for 180 days

My paypal was limited and says my funds will be held for 180 days. and now i already recieved an email that i can withdraw my funds after opening it i cant transfer my funds since there is no linked bank account to my paypal and i tried linking my bank account but i can and it show me a message that it is diabled. is there anyway that i can get my fund back?

I'm having same problem . I got email saying I can get my money but I still cant. I cant add a card or request a check. This is bs.
