get error when transfer to my bank

I have 200 pounds in my account, that I am trying to transfer to my bank account (UK) using the debit card registered to my account

 

When ever I try it fails with message

 

Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction.

 

Refused – Instant transfer using card

 

Any ideas why I get this message

Debit cards can be glitchy and not always available.

Best to withdraw to a linked and confirmed bank account.
