fund transfer to my account from Pay pal

I have funds currently held by Pay pal that I need transferred to my account in South Africa , rather than to an account I am expected to open in US, how do I do this?

Here is a PayPal link with details on withdrawing funds.

If you don't have an FNB account, there will be an option to register for PayPal for non FNB customers.
