exchange rate mistake asking for refund

Hi everyone,

my Pape
I make the transaction for the exchange rate by mistake because the money was already in Pound just i was trying to see the rate in Dollar and i converted in Dollar by mistake so i need the refund of my money back because i live in UK and the money was send it from USA already converted in Pound.
it's possible they  cancel the transaction because how can you charge me 114 pound for the exchange rate, that's not right and normal .
