how do i get my money from Paypal. got email from Paypal telling me payment received from ebay buyer. Directed me to go to Paypal and open business acount (why?) - I'm not a merchant, just an individual selling some things.
Please help -- there doesn't seem to be any way to speak to anyone at Paypal about this.
