eBay Item has been collected and paid using PayPal but money received is on hold

I have the payment for a collected item showing as on hold and it will be paid 1 day after delivery. this will never happen because it has been collected, how do I get the payment released.

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the funds have been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. As you have sent with no tracking Paypal would be unable to release these funds any sooner than the 21 days.

If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always guaranteed. 

If not then sadly its 21 days.

The buyer has confirmed that he has collected the item and on my eBay account the item is showing as collected

and the buyer has left feedback.

How can I get PayPal to be aware of this.
