i am from india i am trying to pay to a client in todays currency exchange rate its showing 1 ud sollar = 69 rupees but while paying through paypal its showing 1 us dollar = 74 rupees which is two days before rate not todays, so does paypal not pay in todays rates if yes it do then why its not showing in todays exchange rate. how to solve it plz reply
