I am running a B and B in Peru and am trying to link a bank account with my pay pal. They want to verify through my US phone number and I can not access phone calls or texts from that phone. Apparently I can not use an international number??? HOW CAN I VERIFY IT IS ME OTHER THEN PHONE?????
PayPal accounts are country specific because each country has different financial/economic laws. To add a Peruvian phone number, you need to open a Peru PayPal account with different email address with active and valid Peruvian mailing address. You can add US bank account to Peruvian PayPal accounts.
