hi i have closed my account and sing-up for new one but it's limited and i can't use my credit card cause it's still in the closed account how i can restore it ?
Welcome to the PayPal Community! For security reasons, if your account has been limited you are unable to create a new one. Your financial information would stay on your limited account so it cannot be used on another PayPal account. My apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
