I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to add your card because it is showing as added on another account. Please contact customer service by phone to safely give the card number to a representative to check for it on other accounts and discuss options with you. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in to get the right number to call.
