debit or prepaid MasterCard

Hi, 

I am from Saudi Arabia and PayPal is not accepting my debit card nor my prepaid MasterCard.

am I doing something wrong or PayPal doesn't accept them in the first place ?

Try a Visa card issued in Saudi Arabia. Or make sure cards is registered under your name and billing address as entered in your PayPal account.
