credit card verification

I can't verify my credit card. I tried to do it three times but didn't know where to find the verification code. Now I know where to find it, but the card is blocked after three attempts. I can no longer verify or use or delete this credit card. What should I do?

You would need to contact customer services as you failed to imput a 4 digit code correctly x3 times.
