I have had an account and linked my credit card then I removed it and closed my account and re-open a new one when I try to link my credit card"Master card" they tell me it is linked to another account so I don`t know what is the problem! I removed the card successfully and my account was closed so what the problem? please advice
Regrettably, this can happen when a card is quickly added and removed, or removed and added to different accounts. In these cases, we advise waiting some time to allow the card to process through our system as removed from the old account and trying to add it again later. Hopefully the card becomes available soon!
